It was filmed at the Charleston AFB airshow on April 24th and 26th, 2008 by Wayne Capps, Captain USAF, Public Affairs Officer, 315th Airlift Wing, who appears in the video with Major Bill Walsh. The segment shown is the first part of the hour-long Troop Talk video program broadcast on Comcast cable channel 2, in Charleston.
